Sub Ledger is an offline subscription tracker. This policy describes how the app handles information.

• Your subscriptions are stored only on your device.
• We do not operate accounts, analytics, ads, or cloud backup.
• We do not sell or share your personal data.

Data stored on your device

The app stores subscription details you enter (name, amount, currency, billing dates, notes) in a local database. This data does not leave your device unless you use your device’s system backup features.

Network use (optional)

When online, the app may request public exchange rates from Frankfurter (ECB reference data) for dashboard currency conversion.

• Sent: your chosen base currency code (e.g. USD).
• Not sent: subscription names, amounts, notes, or account identifiers.
• Rates are cached on device for offline use.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect email, location, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics tied to your identity.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
